Johnson Construction Management operates as Johnson Construction Management Corp, a corporation organised under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with its principal place of business at 14 Lexington St, Stoneham, MA 02180.

We carry the insurance required for the work we perform. Certificates are available on request.

03No offer, estimate, or contract

Everything on this website is general information about our company and the work we do. It is not an offer, a price quote, an estimate, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not commit us to take on a project. Work begins only under a written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, price, schedule, and terms. Where those documents and this website disagree, the signed agreement governs.
