Project 01
A historic building brought back into use alongside a new structure connected to it, bringing 34 residential units and ground-floor commercial space to the Melrose Highlands. Corinthian Hall becomes studio and one-bedroom apartments, with 21 parking spaces on site. Currently under construction.
Project 02
A mixed-use development working its way through site plan review with the City of Beverly. We have taken it through parking reconfiguration outside the no-disturb setback, transformer and oil containment coordination with National Grid, and a dedicated fire protection and water service room. In permitting.
Project 03
A four-unit condominium development taken from acquisition through to finished, occupied homes. Developed and built in-house, with the same team accountable from permitting to final walkthrough. Completed.
Project 04
Two large single-family homes built ground-up on the North Shore. Both were delivered under our full-service General Contracting, with hands-on oversight from framing through final walkthrough.
