Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us through this website.
Effective date: 6 August 2026 · Last updated: 6 August 2026
01Who we are
Johnson Construction Management Corp (“Johnson Construction Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a real estate development and general contracting company based in Stoneham, Massachusetts. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.johnsonconstructioncorp.com (the “website”).
It covers the website only. It does not cover information you give us in person, by phone, or under a separate written agreement for construction services, which is governed by that agreement.

02What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a contact form on this website, we collect what you type into it:
- First name and last name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
- Email address — required, so we can reply.
- Phone number — optional.
- What you would like to discuss — optional; development, land entitlement, or general contracting.
- Your message — optional, and entirely up to you what it contains.
Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form — no Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details. We never ask for those through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These typically include the IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
03Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not run analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts. The fonts used on the site are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send a request to any font provider.
The one exception: the map
Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find our office. That frame is loaded from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when the map loads. We have no control over and no access to that data. Google's handling of it is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
If you would rather not load the map, you can still reach us using the address, phone number, and email on the Contact page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off. We honour these signals by not engaging in the behaviour they are designed to stop.
04How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your inquiry and discuss your project;
- prepare estimates, proposals, and agreements you have asked for;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- operate, secure, and improve this website;
- comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list from a contact form submission alone.
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing, ours are: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running our business, and compliance with legal obligations.
05Who we share it with
We share personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that operate parts of our business on our behalf — website hosting, email, and the service that delivers contact form submissions to us — may process your information solely to provide that service to us.
- Professional advisers. Our lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where needed and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Project partners. Where it is necessary to carry out work you have asked us to do — for example architects, engineers, subcontractors, or a municipal permitting office.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and then for as long as required for our records, tax obligations, and any applicable limitation period.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see Your choices and rights.
07How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and it is configured with security headers that restrict what a browser is allowed to load, which limits the risk of content injection. Access to inquiries is limited to the people at our company who need it to respond to you.
As a Massachusetts business, we maintain safeguards for personal information of Massachusetts residents consistent with 201 CMR 17.00.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep sensitive details out of the contact form.
08Your choices and rights
Write to us at rjohnson@johnsonconstructioncorp.com and we will do our best to help with any of the following:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Objection — ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose.
- Copy — ask for a copy of the information you gave us.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Depending on where you live — for example California, or the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom — you may have additional statutory rights, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us and we will address your request under the law that applies to you.
09Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or this website changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website. Please check back from time to time.
